  • • For Spa Day & treatments you will be provided with a Signature Wave Garden Spa Robe, Towel & flipflops upon arrival to the spa. Robes and Towels are property of the Wave Garden Spa and MUST be returned to our spa reception before vacating the spa. Please ensure swimwear is worn around the spa.

    • Robe, towel and flipflop hire is avalible for a 2-hour or 4-hour spa experience users however this does come with an additional charge – which will be refunded to you once your robe and towel is returned at the end of your visit.

    • Our signature robes are fitted with a discreet security tag to prevent them from being taken from the spa. If your robe isn’t returned at the end of your visit this will incur a charge.

    ▪ Swimwear (you may wish to bring two sets of swimwear so that you have a dry set).

    ▪ Credit/ debit card for contactless payments. Please also bring this with you to the restaurant if / when you are having lunch, dinner, or afternoon refreshments, or to pay for any extras.

    ▪ If you are using a gift voucher to pay for your spa day, remember to bring this with you. Please ensure this is valid for your requested treatments/ package, and that the vouchers in date.

    ▪ You may wish to bring your own water bottle or reusable cup to stay hydrated.

    ▪ Our changing rooms are only available for spa guests. Our changing rooms are fully equipped with hair dryers, hair straighteners, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

    ▪ We recommend you leave jewellery / valuables at home, or in your hotel room safe. The Wave Garden Spa will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any valuables on the premises.

  • • Wave Garden Spa offers a place to escape, a retreat or tranquillity and peace, we understand the excitement to catch up with friends, but we do ask that you help us maintain the ambience of the spa by respecting other guests around you, keeping mobile phones on silent and minimise taking calls.

    • When in the relaxation lounge or moving through the treatment corridor please keep your voice to hushed tones.

    • We would love you to share your Wave Garden Spa pictures on social media, but please respect the right to privacy of your fellow spa guests. Please do not take photographs with people other than yourself/ves in the frame.

  • • Bookings dates can be moved up to 48 hours prior to activity date. No refund will be available.

    • Bookings changed or cancelled within 7 days, but not closer than 48 hours before activity date, will receive a voucher for the original booking value.

    • Cancellations or amendments cannot be made within 24 hours of the activity; no refund or vouchers will be available.

    • Bookings that are missed, and groups/individuals who arrive late for any reason whatsoever will not be entitled to a refund or voucher for any part of the booking amount.

  • ▪ Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your treatment time. It is important that you allow enough time to ensure you do not miss your allocated time. As we do work on an occupancy level in the Spa if you arrive after your allotted time your treatment/spa experience will be reduced.

    ▪ Please complete our intake form prior to arrival you will find this on your confirmation email. (any issues’ finding this please contact us prior to arrival.

    ▪ If you are staying overnight on a spa break with us, your bedroom will be available from 3pm.

  • ▪ Please come to the spa in whatever you feel good in.

    ▪ You can wear your bathrobe in all areas of the spa, swimwear must be worn at all times when using the spa’s facilities.

    ▪ It is best to go to your treatment in your robe, or just come as you are. For massages and Hammam treatments, your therapist will ask you to remove all your clothing, asking you to leave on underwear, or we will provide you with disposable underwear, depending on your preference. For facials and head massage you will be asked to remove your top, and – if you are wearing one – to lower your bra straps.

    What Can I Do If I am pregnant? (drop Down)

    We would always recommend avoiding spa facilities during the first trimester (12 weeks) and no treatment will be performed on you if you are under 12 weeks. From 12 weeks onwards you can choose either our Mama Love massage or one of our facials. The therapist will adapt the treatment to your needs by adjusting the position of the bed to ensure you are supported and comfortable throughout. We would always advise consulting your GP/Midwife if you are unsure.

  • • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served at Zephyr’s Bar & Grill on the ground floor of the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia which adjoins the Wave Garden Spa.
